Run GIFT processing

✅ You will need an interactive desktop for 1 hour.

✅ To start Matlab, open a Bash terminal on your interactive desktop and load the Matlab module:

module load matlab; matlab

✅ In the Matlab terminal window, type gift

"Unrecognized function or variable 'gift'."

If you see this message, then you have not correctly set the MATLABPATH variable in your .bashrc. Try again!

✅ Select Utilities=>Batch and select the batch file you want to run
