There are more HTML reports under viz_bundles and viz_core_bundles. The viz_core_bundles report allow you to view the whole tract or just the core of the tract. You can use the scroll wheel to zoom. The viz_bundles shows you the ROIs used to constrain the tracking.

HPC interactive desktop may be SLOW!

These dynamic HTML reports seem to tax the HPC interactive desktop, so you may need to be patient to see the interactivity. An alternative is downloading the derivatives/qsirecon directory. You could try starting an interactive desktop with more cores! Let me know if you try that and it works.
