Adding an Endpoint to Retrieve the Sums filter by result

Objective: This assignment aims to extend the existing Flask API by adding an endpoint that retrieves sums filtered by results registered in the PostgreSQL database. Additionally, you will deploy this extended Flask API on Render using GitHub Actions for continuous deployment.

Problem Statement: The current Flask API has an endpoint to add sums and retrieve all sums, but there is no way to retrieve sums filter by the result that has been registered so far. For instance, all sums that its result equals 4.

Task 1: Create a new endpoint /sum/result/<int> that returns a list of sums filtered by the result of the sum.

Task 2: Write a negative test case: test the new endpoint with an invalid filter value

Task 3: Upload changes and deploy changes in GitHub actions

Task 4: Test the deployed app on Render through Postman requests
