✅ In the OOD editor, open .bashrc

✅ Ensure that the GIFT toolbox is in the path by editing your .bashrc to include both SPM12 (already there) and GIFT: ${NEURO}/matlab/GroupICAT/icatb.

My revised MATLABPATH looks like this (but you need to specify the correct path for your copy of the nifti_subjects directory):

Edit batch_subjects1_hpc.m

✅ In addition, there are some batch files in the directory you just downloaded (e.g., batch_subjects1_hpc.m). Those also need to be on the path, as illustrated below.

Caution!

You can include lots of directories in your Matlab Path, but including more reduces Matlab's responsiveness!

✅ Specify the correct root path (~line 9), e.g., for me this is:

Yours will be different! However, you need the final / after derivatives for the path to be correct.
