Introduction

There are several interesting ways to examine the output of qsiprep and qsirecon. You'll briefly examine those here.

First, QSIprep also produces a file dwiqc.json that indexes all of the subjects you've run. The directory containing this file (i.e., derivatives/qsiprep) works with an online viewer to review the output of multiple subjects and even rate the subjects.
Second, there are separate HTML reports for qsiprep and qsirecon. In particular, the qsiprep report is similar to an fMRIprep report.

Caution!

Make sure you "upload" the derivatives/qsiprep directory to the viewer, not the dwiqc.json file!

Watch this silent 1.5-minute video clip on dwiprep-viewer. In the video, I am doing this on my local computer, but you should probably start an interactive desktop on the HPC and use Firefox to access the viewer (there is no sound).
