Circle and Speed

In turtle, you can use the circle command and draw a circle.

For example:

We may want to create a shape out of drawing multiple circles
We will use a for loop to repeat the code for us (we will draw the circle 4 times)
We will shift to the right a little so circles don't draw on top of each other.
If you want your turtle to draw very quickly, you set the speed to fastest.
