Game Restart:

Every time the ball goes off the screen, we need to restart the game. When we restart, the paddles should go back to their starting positions, and the ball should return to the middle of the screen. In addition, the ball should choose a new random direction. Let's start by moving the game objects back to their starting positions.

Note: When we create the ball direction vector bDir, we're now going to set it to (0,0) to indicate we haven't chosen a direction yet. The restart function will choose the direction.

Note: Now, the paddles will start in the middle of the screen at y = SH / 2.

Random Direction:

To choose a random direction for the ball, we need to first make bDir point towards the left. Then, we will choose a random angle (-45 degrees to 45 degrees) to rotate the vector. This will mean the ball will always start moving to the right.

After that, we choose a random number between 1 and 2. If it's a 2, then we will flip the x direction of the ball so it moves towards the player. Thus, there is a 50/50 chance of the ball moving towards the player.

Note: Don't forget to import the random library at the top of your code first.

Now, we call restart before the game loop begins. If implemented correctly, the ball's starting direction should be randomized.
