Adding the Ball:

To add the ball to the game, we need variables for its color, size, and position. We will use a vector for the position. A vector is just a x/y coordinate pair that points in a direction.

pygame.math.Vector2(x,y) - creates a vector

We'll also add variables for the speed and direction of the ball, but we won't use these until later. For now, we are having the ball start at the coordinates

x = screen width / 2

y = screen height / 2

This is the very middle of the screen (see the picture below).

Drawing the ball:

Now we will add some more code to render to draw the ball on the screen.

pygame.draw.circle(window,color,position,radius) - draws a circle on the screen. This function needs to know which window to draw on as well as the color, position, and size of the circle

Results:

Now you can see both paddles and the ball on the screen.
