Review - Loops

There 2 main types of loops in Python:

"While" loops:

A while loop tells the computer to do something as long as the condition is met.

It works like this: "While this is true, do this "

In the example below, the program will print(a) as long as a < 10 :

For Loops:

A for loop is used for iterating over a sequence (such as items in a list or a string).

With the for loop we can execute a set of statements, once for each item in a list.
