One of the outcomes of excess stress includes GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) as well as the anxiety symptoms that contribute to the way your brain is structured. This means that your brain is constantly releasing cortisol and losing brain connectivity which can effect your judgment, personality, and overall everyday life. These symptoms are constant for people with GAD.
